In this series, experience the "Eight Limbs" or eight steps of classical Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga in a practical, fun and accessible way.

If you have practiced Ashtanga before, you know this practice can be challenging, and Sanna will invite you to be your best!

But even if you're a beginner, you'll appreciate how Sanna pays very close attention to the details, but also leaves room for you to do what's right for your body, right now - because we're always changing all the time!

This includes offering plenty of variations. Yoga has been Sanna's passion and driving force for more than twenty years. Her teaching style is firm on the asana side (Ashtanga background) and soft in matters of the heart (Tibetan Heart Yoga).
