Denise’s “Master Yoga Immersion Series” is a bold, intense yet balanced journey, focused on giving you a very specific set of foundational and advanced yoga practices.

There are eight episodes in this series, and each episode is 30 minutes. You can practice one episode at a time, or in sequence if you want to go deeper.



Internationally-renowned yoga teacher, training facilitator, and founder of the One Song Yoga School, Denise is the first internationally recognized Yin Yoga Master Teacher by the Yoga Alliance of Australia. With more than 35 years of continuous experience on the mat, including studying with and living alongside yoga masters, Dharma Mittra, Sat Jiwan Singh Khalsa, and Yogi Bhajan, Denise offers a powerful and intimate journey from the self to the sacred center of the self.

Denise believes deeply in the transformational qualities of yoga. Drawing from her depth of knowledge of the chakras, she has an innate ability to identify and address each students’ individual needs. Her classes, group trainings and one-on-one mentorships programs allow Denise to infuse her genius sense of humor with artfully curated sequencing, deliberate communication and a firm belief that all of life’s problems can be worked out on the mat.   

After 8 years of living in Bali with her son Charlie, Denise recently made the epic move back to America, to her beloved desert soil in Arizona where we all hope she will finally figure her shit out. In the meantime, you’ll find her continuing her love affair with Indonesia, leading workshops and teacher trainings in Bali and Jakarta for years to come.
