wander. wonder. breathe
I feel a sense of awe and inspiration at what's possible ... for myself, for all beings and for you.
Just looking at this photo took me back to a few months ago when we journeyed to the Sahara desert, with an intention to do nothing more than make space for what it is we're here to create.
Now, we're on the verge of launching a new, evolved version of HitomiNow and two new Creators apps (official announcement coming soon).
Making this happen was a byproduct of creating the reality we wanted to live in. One of self love, respect for our fellow humans, and compassion for all beings. This led us to create from a space of alignment and realize our highest potential.
How did we do it? How can you do the same thing in your life?
Well firstly, the good news is you don't have to wander into the Sahara with 105 degree heat to do it. Most cities around the world have space just outside the city - I live in New York City and make an effort once per month to do this:
wander - Give yourself space to roam free. Get out into nature and let go of self and societally imposed boundaries. Actually get lost for a moment.
wonder - Stare off into the horizon and muse about how you want to live, how you wish to feel, and what you wish to create in this life. Take hours if you need. Take a journal and let the pen roam on the pages.
breathe - Focus on your breath for 30 seconds to 30 minutes at a time. The breath is one of the most important tools we have for coming back to the present moment, and out of whatever daily life situation is holding us back. When we return to the breath, we return to our true selves.
Try giving yourself just one day in the next 30 days towander, wonder and breathe.
